What We’re Eating vol. 2

Hey, friends!  How’re you doing?  How’s your week going?  I hope you’re doing okay and staying well. 🧡

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been in a bit of a food rut lately.  Thankfully, I found an old page from my 2018 Get to Work Book with a bunch of old and new meal ideas that I’ve been trying to implement lately.

This week I added a couple of older faves to our rotation (Salisbury steak + mashed potatoes + veggies and chicken sandwiches + tater tots).

I’m adding another master list to my new Get to Work Book as well as my iPhone notes list.  I’m going to search some of my “want to try” recipes on Pinterest and All Recipes and try one or two of them next week.

I hope these meal ideas leave you feeling a little more excited for dinner time.  As much as I dread meal planning sometimes, I know it saves me SO much time and mental energy throughout the week — and now I’m just so thankful for it.

Hope you have a good rest of your week and enjoy something delicious (even if it’s a big bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, because I totally ate that for dinner one night last week and it was kind of the best).
