What are you eating this week?
Now that e learning is over, things are a bit more relaxed around here — but there’s still tension and stress, of course. My kids are older and they can understand some of what’s going on in the news, so there are a lot of questions being asked and a lot of good conversations happening around our dinner table lately.
I’ve been trying to limit my phone use, especially my social media and news consumption (which seem to blend together, honestly). Meal planning every week and using grocery delivery has been helping my stress level, for sure.
Here’s what we’re eating this week:
I still feel like we’re in a food rut, but hopefully next week I’ll be a bit more adventurous in my choices, so I can add start adding some more favorites to my master list of family friendly meals.
