What We’re Eating vol. 6

How are you?ย  How’s your week going?

This week started off a bit wonky.ย  My allergies were bad and my husband’s recovering from an ear infection โ€” that’s all to say, I didn’t start planning meals for the week until Monday night after I’d bought everyone Culver’s for dinner and called it good (it was tasty and everyone got fed โ€” the end).

Here’s what we’re eating this week:


Monday โ€” Culver’s Drive Thru

Tuesday โ€” Chicken Tacos (I love eating leftovers for lunch + making a taco salad)

Wednesday โ€” Tater Tot Casserole

Thursday: Crispy Chicken Sandwiches + Sweet Potato Fries

Friday โ€” Pizza Delivery

Saturday โ€” Rigatoni Pasta w/ Alfredo Sauce, Grilled Chicken, + Peas (I sub frozen peas for kale in this recipe)

Sunday โ€” Brinner w/ Oven Roasted Potatoes, Pancakes, + Bacon

I took the kids berry picking last week and we’re still snacking on lots of strawberries and raspberries, as well as some other fruit + veg from the farmer’s market during the day.
